TD Scholarships for Community Leadership are awarded to students in their last year of high school or CEGEP (in Quebec) who have demonstrated leadership in improving their community.
3D Modeling and Animation is progressing at a record pace as new technologies are constantly evolving. Job opportunities continue to grow with the demand for increasingly sophisticated and life-like animations.
3D modeling uses computer aided design (CAD) to create three-dimensional virtual objects. The three dimensional model is created using sets of points which are connected by geometric data such as lines or curved surfaced. 3D modeling is accomplished using 3D production software to create polygonal surfaces or by scanning objects into a set of data points that represents the object digitally.
3D Modeling and Animation is used in television and film, video game design and development, visual effects, engineering and advertising.
